Take the emergency key blade out of the top of the remote. The door lock is concealed underneath the cover on the left of the door handle. You will see a small hole under the cap, prize this off to reveal the door lock. If a new battery (CR2032) doesn’t solve the problem, get in touch day or night, for a great price and service.
