My Renault key card won’t give me access, what can I do?

Firstly, pull the emergency key blade out of the key card, in most cases this is where the battery is located. Either change the battery, or go to the passenger door and remove the cap on the right hand side of the handle. There is a hole on the underside of the cap, simply prize off with a flat head screwdriver and you will see the door lock. Inserting the card and turning the ignition on will then allow you to open all the doors.

Can you replace my Renault key if I’ve lost all keys?

Yes. We can create and program replacement Renault keys, remote fobs, and key cards even when all keys are lost. Our mobile auto locksmith specialists use advanced diagnostic and EEPROM programming equipment to extract immobiliser data and program new keys on-site without needing to tow your vehicle to a dealership.
